RETURNING SINGAPOREANS & INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Returning Singaporeans

Returning Singaporean students who intend to pursue their pre-university education in Millennia Institute are strongly encouraged to register for the School Placement Exercise for Returning Singaporeans – Junior Colleges and Millennia Institute (SPERS-JC/MI). This is a centralised placement exercise conducted at the end of the year for Returning Singaporeans who wish to join Pre-University level 1, at the beginning of the following academic year.

All applicants must complete the application procedures as outlined below. Applicants must ensure that all required documents are submitted together with the application form to facilitate the admissions application process. Shortlisted applicants will be notified of an online (Zoom) interview. Application outcomes are decided by a holistic assessment of each applicant and subject to availability of vacancies.

Application Procedure

1.	Complete and submit the application form by 10 January 2025, 5pm. Please click here for the form.
2.	Submit all required documents within the online application form in PDF format.
3.	Walk-in applications will not be allowed.

Admission Tests

1.	All applicants are required to sit for SPERS-JC/MI or the Junior College - Principals Academy Certification Test (J-PACT) admission tests. Students without test scores from SPERS-JC/MI or J-PACT are required to sit for the Millennia Institute Placement Test in English and Mathematics.
2.	In addition, students who wish to read subject combinations with H2 Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and /or Physics can choose to sit for the relevant Subject Diagnostic Tests. Results for these tests will be taken into consideration during subject combination allocation.
3.	The schedule of the admission tests will be made known to shortlisted applicants, after application. Each applicant is only allowed to take the admission tests once.

International Students

International students who intend to pursue their pre-university education in Millennia Institute are strongly encouraged to register for the Junior College - Principals Academy Certification Test (J-PACT). This is a centralised admission test for eligible International Students who are not studying in any Singapore Mainstream Schools and, who wish to seek admission into Singapore Mainstream Schools. Please note that J-PACT is not a centralized posting exercise and participation in J-PACT does not guarantee the student a place in their school of choice.

All applicants must complete the application procedures outlined in the sections below. Applicants must ensure that all required documents are submitted together with the application form to facilitate the admission application process. Shortlisted applicants will be notified of an online (Zoom) interview. Admission is not guaranteed and subject to availability of vacancies, as well as an assessment of the applicant’s holistic achievements.

3.	The International Student Admission Test Fee (inclusive of GST) for the first subject is S$44, and S$22 for each additional subject.
